In recent years, it has further taken on mid-to-high-altitude rescue missions and forest firefighting tasks. As an unsung hero in disaster relief, it has earned the consistent trust of the Taiwanese people.
我們將CH-47SD運輸型直昇機作為酒器的外型設計，以瓷器燒製工藝，構想瓶身仿真直升機模型樣式，擁有動力雙引擎、起落架、縱列式雙旋翼造型，瓶頭設計於前旋翼，螺旋槳可動態旋轉，製作過程至少8道工序，表面陶瓷燒製如同金屬外殼材質，並刻畫了複雜的機身零件細微，霧面的上釉技術突破了傳統的釉彩加工思維。
We have taken the CH-47SD transport helicopter as the inspiration for the vessel's design. Utilizing ceramic firing craftsmanship, the bottle body is conceived as a realistic model replica of the helicopter. It features dual power engines, landing gear, and a tandem-rotor configuration. The bottle top is designed as the forward rotor, with propellers capable of dynamic rotation. The manufacturing process involves at least eight stages. The surface, fired in ceramic, simulates the texture of a metal exterior while meticulously detailing complex, minute aircraft components. The application of a matte glaze technique represents a breakthrough from traditional glazing and coloring approaches.
在設計開發過程中，完成可盛裝並能保存酒液的瓷器，需做大幅度的技術克服。複雜線條與中空的瓷器在窯中燒製，在溫度上的掌控更是技術的突破點；製作過程中採用人工製胚、修胚及手工釉彩繪製，施以複雜技術高溫釉燒制而成。為了就是給予產品做完整性的整合。
In the design and development process, there are technical hurdles to overcome to make the porcelain able to contain and preserve the liquor. When firing complex lines and hollow porcelain in a kiln, the control of temperature is a technical breakthrough. The production process adopts manual throwing, trimming, underglaze drawing, and complex high-temperature glaze firing. The goal is to give the product a complete integration of the procedures.
